tried out a few ADEs/multiplexers past 2 months (agentic dev environments apparently). herdr, bb, orca, jetbrains air and a few others. I think herdr is the simplest and most out-of-the-way but it lacks the phone connection. have to use "/rc" and control via claude. bb is fine but lacking the actual file editor stuff. jetbrains air is undercooked. but I do think it will become one of the best since I love intellij and jetbrains do know what they are doing. hope they don't stop it. orca seems to be the sweet spot for now for me
since i built the AI detection for the site, might as well write a blog about it. done when I get time
